Featured ADU Floorplan

Camden

Built for tight urban lots and challenging setbacks, Camden is a clever 10-foot-wide, 40-foot-long ADU that fits where others simply can't. At 400 sq ft, it packs a covered porch, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and full bathroom into a slender, highly efficient footprint.

About the Floorplan

Project Camden was born out of a real need: to create a complete, comfortable ADU for properties where space is at a premium. At just 10 feet wide and 40 feet long, Camden is ideal for narrow side yards, urban infill lots, and properties with restrictive setback requirements. Despite its slim profile, Camden includes a covered front porch, a living room, a full kitchen, a private bedroom, and a generously sized full bathroom. Camden proves that width is no barrier to great design.

No Compromises on Comfort

Urban Infill Solution

Camden opens up ADU possibilities for urban homeowners who previously thought their lot was too small, maximizing property potential on any size parcel.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Here's How It Works

We make building your ADU simple, smooth, and stress-free—guiding you from first ideas to final inspection with expert care.

  • 1. Consultation & Planning

The first step in the home addition process is to schedule an initial consultation with our team. During this meeting, we will discuss your goals for the addition, assess the feasibility of the project, and provide a rough estimate of the cost.

  • 2. Design & Approval

Once you've decided to move forward with the project, our team will work with you to create a design and plan for the addition. This will include determining the size and layout of the addition, as well as selecting materials and finishes.

  • 3. Build & Deliver

We understand that an insurance claim is often preceded by a traumatic event. That’s why we prioritize empathy and professionalism in all of our interactions with clients. We recognize that these qualities aren’t luxuries following a catastrophe; they are obligations.
