Project Camden was born out of a real need: to create a complete, comfortable ADU for properties where space is at a premium. At just 10 feet wide and 40 feet long, Camden is ideal for narrow side yards, urban infill lots, and properties with restrictive setback requirements. Despite its slim profile, Camden includes a covered front porch, a living room, a full kitchen, a private bedroom, and a generously sized full bathroom. Camden proves that width is no barrier to great design.

    The first step in the home addition process is to schedule an initial consultation with our team. During this meeting, we will discuss your goals for the addition, assess the feasibility of the project, and provide a rough estimate of the cost.

    Once you've decided to move forward with the project, our team will work with you to create a design and plan for the addition. This will include determining the size and layout of the addition, as well as selecting materials and finishes.

  • 3. Build & Deliver
